New screenshot from ‘Logan’ confirms that Hugh Jackman…is still enormous

Hugh Jackman took to Twitter today and gave us a little tease for his upcoming solo X-men movie, Logan. Check out at the image below with the brief caption “fight or Flight.”

More like HUGE Jackman, amirite guys…g-guys?

(#HUGEJackman)

Seriously though, Hugh is in incredible shape, yet again, for the role. It’s a bitter sweet realisation, knowing that the strict diet and exercise regime is a significant factor as to why this will be his last hurrah as Logan. Because, to be honest, he’s never looked the part more than he does now.

“Fight or Flight”? Let’s be honest, it’s probably fight. How about we take a moment to think of a time Wolverine has run away from a confrontation with such speed, and unhappy facial expression. Oh…that’s right, it doesn’t exist.

What do you guys think about this image, is it getting you excited for the movie?

Logan is set to hit theatres March 3rd 2017.

Zack Snyder teases Batman’s new ‘Tactical Batsuit’ for Justice League

That’s right, Zack Snyder just teased Batman’s new “Tactical suit” from the upcoming Justice League, and by teased of course I mean he released an image–he-he put a photo up on Twitter. I guess it’s less of a tease as much as is it is just showing us what the new suit looks like.

But we haven’t seen it in motion yet, so it’s a tease! I’m back on board…with-with myself. Man this post is a mess. I could fix it, but I won’t.

Obviously people are going to make comparisons to Night Owl from Snyder’s Watchmen. To be fair, that’s just because then look pretty much identical.

(The one on the right, obviously. Come on, man)

What’s less interesting is the environment the photo was taken in. Seems to be the Batcave with the Batmobile on the right. Also, Batman is probably switching on his little Bat-Lights and Bat-Computer, with that lever on the left. You should probably call an electrician, mate. Seems unsafe with all those sparks flying about. Who am I kidding, who needs electrical safety with such stylish protective goggles like those.

To be honest, I’m not a big fan of this costume. Maybe in motion it will grow on me, guess we’ll have to wait and see.

Deathstroke is reportably the main antagonist of the solo Batman movie

The Wrap have reported this morning, that “an individual with knowledge of the situation” has confirmed that Slade Wilson A.K.A. Deathstroke will be taking on the bat in his standalone movie.

This impressive scoop comes just hours after Ben Affleck himself tweeted a short video of the infamous villain staring menacingly at…well…nothing. Who knows, maybe The Wrap do have someone close to this, but it wouldn’t surprise me if this is just a roll if the dice given that it is pretty much confirmed already.

No word yet on who will be playing Slade, and since Affleck’s Batman movie still doesn’t have a release date, it’s up in the air as to whether the part has been cast yet. Personally, I think Manu Bennett nailed the role in the Arrow tv series, so it’s difficult for me to see someone else embody the character. Although, I would have said the same thing about The Flash, and Ezra Miller’s Flash looks great, so…this will probably be fine.

Joe Manganiello (probably best known as Flash Thompson from Sam Raimi’s first Spiderman movie) was rumoured to be playing the role in Suicide Squad. He did, however, abruptly deny that he had signed on for the project at all. Which still means he could have be in talks for the role. I hope so, he has the look for it.

Anyway, I’m curious who you think will, or could play Batman’s nemesis when this movie eventually rolls around? Joe Manganiello…Shia LeBeouf, let’s give that guy another run at a franchise.
